Selecting the right real estate associate, buying or selling, is very important. This individual must be a person you can trust. Lets face it, your buying/selling transaction is most likley the biggest single money transaction in your life. You want it to go smoothly, the least amount of hassle and too your benifit.
Your selection process should reqiuire the associate to be honest, truthfull, hard working, you as their primary focus, market knowledagble, friendly, listner, communicator, strong negotiater. Your associate should have as their business pillar; ethics, trust and confdence. Those are mine.
On a personal note, Patricia and I have been married 33 years. We have three (3) children, all on their own and doing well. We have lived in Stony Plain since 1988. I retired from the R.C.M.P. in 2003. Patricia is a former Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.), former business owner in Stony Plain/Spruce Grove (Turbo & Shell franchises) and now retired, stay at home assistant for our business.
We attend and support Stony Plain United Church. I am a Stony Plain Legion member, 17 years. We both voluteer time and finaces too various charitable functions in our communitee.
We are very happy to be Stony Plain residents and enjoy supporting the community.
